On March 8th, Brooks Beginning Band students were invited to perform at the Beginning Band Symposium held at Kelly High School. 15 students were selected from 7 CPS High Schools.

- Queontae Seay,
- Khloe London, and
- Kristian Johnson.
They had the opportunity of performing together under the mentorship of professors and college students from VanderCook College of Music. We are proud of the way they represented Brooks and what it means to be a music student here.
