On Saturday November 4th Brooks’ Math Team participated in the City of Chicago Math League Contest #2. After this contest, Brooks is in 3rd place in Division C overall.
At the contest site, our teams placed as follows:
1st place - Algebra 1 team and Geometry team
2nd place - Algebra 2 team
The individual awards were given to:
- Kaleb Fletcher - 1st place in Algebra 1
- Justin Rembert and Juan Sebastian - 3rd place in Algebra 1
- Rodeline Philippe - 1st place in Geometry
- Bishop-Adam Ajilogba - 3rd place in Geometry
- Josue Sandoval - 2nd place in Algebra 2
In addition to these spectacular scores, our team won two bags of candy in the "Candy Bar" contest!
