Every year, on Gwendolyn Brooks' birthday, students at Brooks go out to community organizations, parks and schools to provide their support in various ways. This photo gallery shows two such projects: planting at the historic Florence Hotel, in the Pullman National Monument; and garbage pickup at the lakefront.
